Transaction Description
Gemstone acted as the financial advisor in Realfictions Drected Issue. In a parallel directed issue, with the rights issue in May 2019, Realfiction issued up to 700 000 shares, which could bring up to 7 MSEK to the company for the purpose of converting existing loans owed and related interest to shares. The directed issue was fully subscribed by conversion of loans. The directed issue resulted in the issuance of 679,803 shares by conversion of existing loans and accumulated interest owed of SEK 6.8 million.
